Ingredients: Banana 1/4 Avocado 1 TBSP Cinnamon Small bunch of kale 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1 TBSP Sprouted Chia and Flax Seed Fill 3/4 of remaining space with milk and the rest with cold water
